No parties or noise allowed.
The consumption of drugs, alcohol or any type of psychoactive substance is not allowed.
We do not allow the sexual exploitation of minors. Everything related to ESCNNA will be criminally reported to the authorities.
The MONTHLY RENT guest is responsible for disposing of solid waste and delivering it to the garbage truck on Fridays of each week before 10:00 am on the main road of Santa Elena.
The daily cleaning fee is optional and costs $100,000 COP.
Food is NOT included.
Laundry services are NOT included.
Pets are NOT allowed.
All minors MUST be accompanied by their parents and be fully identified ALWAYS.
Subletting or transferring the accommodation is NOT allowed, nor are visitors without prior registration or identification. Entry of minors without identification is NOT allowed and they MUST ALWAYS be accompanied by their previously identified parents. Violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the accommodation service and a report to the Colombian National Police.
