No parties or noise allowed.
The consumption of drugs, alcohol or any type of psychoactive substance is not allowed.
We do not allow the sexual exploitation of minors. Everything related to ESCNNA will be criminally reported to the authorities.
The MONTHLY RENT guest is responsible for disposing of solid waste and delivering it to the garbage truck on Fridays of each week before 10:00 am on the main road of Santa Elena.
The daily cleaning fee is optional and costs $100,000 COP.
Food is NOT included.
Laundry services are NOT included.
Pets are NOT allowed.
All minors MUST be accompanied by their parents and be fully identified ALWAYS.
